Composition: Glucose syrup, drinking water, thickeners (E1442, xanthan gum), sugar, water-retaining agent - glycerin, acidity regulators (citric acid, E331ii), flavoring, preservative - potassium sorbate, dyes (E171, E110, E102).

Characteristics/description of raw materials: The filling is not thermostable. A homogeneous glossy mass that does not spread on a horizontal surface, of a bright orange color, with a sweet and sour taste and orange aroma.

Application area: It is used for decorating cakes and pastries, as well as in the preparation of creams, mousses and desserts and as a filler for pastry pastries after baking. The gel is ready to use, freeze resistant.

Preparation of raw: The ready-to-use filling is placed in clean, dry, labeled containers with tight-fitting lids. Moving the filling in the production in open containers and without marking is prohibited.
