Functional properties/benefits: can be used in products with a long shelf life, excellent for making candy fillings, the filling is resistant to freezing and fully retains its properties after defrosting. The stuffing is not thermostable.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Shelf life 9 months in original packaging in clean, dry, well-ventilated rooms at temperatures from +5°С to +20°С and relative air humidity not more than 75%. Close bucket tightly after each use.
