Characteristics/description of raw materials: A slightly creamy water-fat emulsion with a creamy vanilla taste and aroma.
Preparation of raw: Before whipping, cool for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator to a temperature of +5 ºC - + 7ºC. Beat on medium speed until desired cream consistency is obtained.
