Composition: Premium wheat baking flour, technological aids, enzyme preparations (hemicellulases, xylanases, lipases, glucose oxidase, amyloglucosidase, alpha-amylase, inactivated yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae), antioxidant E300

Technological recommendations: Recommended dosage: 0.2-0.6% by weight of flour - bakery products, wheat bread, buns, muffins, buns, flatbreads.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Stored in dry closed warehouses at a temperature of 5‒20 ℃ and relative air humidity of not more than 75% for 12 months in undamaged packaging.
It is allowed to increase the storage temperature to 30 ℃ for a period of not more than 2 hours.
After opening the package, it is recommended to tightly tie it. Under the recommended storage conditions, the shelf life after opening the original packaging remains unchanged.
