Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry mixture for making butter sponge cakes, bases for cakes, pastries, pies, muffins and other flour confectionery products with the taste and aroma of pistachio.

Long-term storage of the finished dough is possible.
It is possible to deep freeze semi-finished products with fillings.
It is possible to use various fillings (canned, fresh or frozen fruits, nuts, candied fruits, confitures, etc.). They can be laid directly on the base; they are evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of the product without settling to the bottom.
The finished product has a uniform, finely porous structure and retains its pristine freshness and softness for a long time.

Technological recommendations: To prepare the dough, first add all the liquid ingredients, then the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula at first speed for 3-7 minutes. Bake for 20-55 minutes depending on the weight of the dough at a temperature of 160‒180℃.
Keep away from direct sunlight! Close the bag carefully after opening and next use.
