Composition: Wheat flour for general use (carrier), technological aids, enzyme preparations (amylases, lipases, xylanases).
Application area: It is used in the baking industry as a functional additive to prolong the freshness of mass varieties of bread, bakery, puff and fancy products. APPLICATION: wheat bread.
Functional properties/benefits: • increases the specific volume of bread by 20%;
• increases porosity by 12%;
• increases the elasticity of the crumb by 20%;
• reduces crumbling by 50% after baking and by 85% on day 5;
• increases the shelf life up to 5 days*;
• does not contain additives with index E;
• has a convenient dosage for use directly on a site of a kneading of the test.

Technological recommendations: Technological aid DENFAI® "10.05 Ecofreshness" is added in dry form to the flour directly during the dough kneading. 0.5-1.5% by weight of flour.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Technological aid DENFAI® "10.05 Eco-fresh" should be stored in dry, closed warehouses at a temperature of 5 -25 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 75% for 12 months in undamaged packaging.
The product must not be stored open. The opened packaging with the product is tightly tied or sealed. Subject to the recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of the product after.
Packaging: Products are packed in combined film (foil) bags of 5 kg and corrugated boxes with a net weight of 20 kg.
