Composition: Wheat flour, granulated sugar, starches (wheat, potato), dry glucose syrup, emulsifier (E471), table salt, raising agents (E450i and E500ii), preservatives (E282, E202), dietary fiber, thickener (E415), flavoring food, dyes (E160a, E160b).

Technological recommendations: Mix 250g egg melange, 250g granulated sugar and 50g water at low speed using a spatula until the sugar dissolves. Add 22g of softened margarine and continue stirring for 1 minute. Add a mixture of 200g flour and 125g Block Cake Mix, stir until smooth.
Bake at a temperature of 160‒170℃ for 40-60 minutes, depending on the type and weight of the product.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 12 months from date of manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding +25 ℃ and relative humidity not more than 75%.

Packaging: Multilayer paper bag with polyethylene liner. It is permissible to use a multi-layer laminated bag. Net weight 15kg.
