Composition: Drinking water, humectant (propylene glycol E1520), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E471, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids E475).
Application area: Used in the production of flour confectionery products.
Preparation of raw: The emulsifier is transferred to clean, dry, labeled containers with tight-fitting lids. Moving raw materials into production in open containers and without labeling is strictly prohibited.
Technological recommendations: Recommended dosage: 0.5-2% by weight of raw materials - sponge cakes, waffles, cookies, sponge cakes, gingerbread cookies, rolls, cakes, pastries, gingerbreads.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Stored in dry closed warehouses at a temperature of 5‒20 ℃ and relative air humidity of not more than 75% for 12 months in undamaged packaging.
It is allowed to increase the storage temperature to 30 ℃ for a period of not more than 2 hours.
After opening the package, it is recommended to tightly tie it. Under the recommended storage conditions, the shelf life after opening the original packaging remains unchanged.
