Characteristics/description of raw materials: Thermostable jam (confiture) is a thick, jelly-like and very tasty mass with pieces of natural berries and fruits. Designed for fragrant pastries and puff pastries, cookies, strudel, croissants, rolls, cheesecakes, cakes and other products.
Jam does not run on a horizontal surface. Bright fruit and berry taste and aroma permeates the product and makes it colorful and appetizing.
Jam is used in the preparation of frozen semi-finished products (dumplings, pancakes, puffs, etc.) from shortbread, puff, biscuit, and butter dough.
