Composition: Applesauce; sugar; acidity regulator: E330; preservatives: E200, E220 (residual), food additive dyes: E122, E120, E124; food flavoring "Lingonberry".

Application area: in the production of confectionery and bakery products. Perfectly suited for pies, croissants (closed products), as well as for coating cakes, cakes, pastries, rolls.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 9 months at a relative humidity of not more than 75% and a temperature from 0 ℃ to +25 ℃
