Functional properties/benefits: Increases the specific volume of the finished product, provides a characteristic color, aroma and structure of the crumb, softness for 7-10 days.
Technological recommendations: 3-5% by weight of flour or 3-5 kg per 100 kg of flour, depending on the method of dough making, flour quality and shelf life of finished products. Add "Eventis" "Soft baking" directly to the flour and mix.
