Composition: Corn starch, modified potato starch E1414, lactose, salt, emulsifiers: E471, soy lecithin E322, baking powder E450, E500.

Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry concentrated mixes for accelerated preparation of custard semi-finished products without the dough brewing stage. Allows you to get products with good volume and light, delicate and elastic structure. When using the mixture, you will get excellent dough pieces for profiteroles, choux pastries and “shu” cakes.

Application area: Mixture for making custard dough.

Technological recommendations: Dosage 20% by weight of all prescription components.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Packing: Weight from 5.0 to 25.0 kg - multi-layer paper bags with polymer liners.
Storage conditions: Store in dry, clean, well-ventilated rooms that are not infected with pests of grain stocks at a temperature not lower than 6 ℃ and not higher than 25 ℃, and relative air humidity not more than than 75%.
