Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry concentrated mixes for accelerated preparation of custard semi-finished products without the dough brewing stage. Allows you to get products with good volume and light, delicate and elastic structure. When using the mixture, you will get excellent dough pieces for profiteroles, choux pastries and “shu” cakes.
