Composition: Cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa liquor, sweeteners (E968, E960), dietary fiber from chicory - inulin, whole milk powder, cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin, E476), flavouring, Vanillin.

Functional properties/benefits: - Contains only naturally occurring sugars (sugar free).
- Contains dietary fiber - inulin.
- The carbohydrate content is 2 or more times lower than in traditional chocolate masses and chocolate.
- Can be recommended for patients with diabetes mellitus, not cariogenic.
- The content of cocoa products 41%, has a rich chocolate flavor and color.
- Long shelf life - 18 months.

Technological recommendations: 1. Heating the glaze to 45-50 ℃ in a temperature machine and kneading until a homogeneous consistency.
2. Tempering modes are selected taking into account the temperature index.
3. Glazing temperature is set according to production conditions (31-32℃).
4. The temperature of glazed products is set depending on the production conditions.
5. The temperature of the air at the outlet of the tunnel is set according to the dew point temperature in the room in order to avoid sugar bloom.
6. Not compatible with glazes, confectionery masses made on lauric cocoa butter substitutes.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Store for 18 months at temperatures up to 25 ℃ at a relative air humidity of not more than 70%, in clean, well-ventilated rooms that do not have foreign odors, are not infested with pests, away from direct sunlight.
After opening the package, it is recommended to close it tightly.
It is not subject to open storage.
